Estamos en búsqueda de Customer Service Representative-Data entry para unirse a nuestro equipo y trabajar con una empresa americana

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Introducir información de una plataforma a otra

  • Archivar documentos legales desde EE.UU.

  • Resolver dudas y brindar soporte por correo electrónico

  • Actualizar y mantener la base de datos de clientes

  • Animar a los clientes a adquirir productos adicionales

  • Ser el puente entre clientes y otros departamentos

Requisitos:

  • Inglés avanzado (obligatorio y muy importante)

  • 6 a 8 meses de experiencia en atención al cliente o similar

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo

  • Habilidad para priorizar y manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico

Beneficios:

  • Modalidad 100% remota (1era semana de training presencial)

  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 9:30 am – 6:30 pm por daily saving time

  • Bono por desempeño

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: Hasta S/.1,620.00 al mes
