Por encargo de nuestro cliente, importante empresa de logística líder en el mundo, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de:

CUSTOMER SERVICE / LOGÍSTICA/ MAGDALENA/ PRESENCIAL

REQUISITOS:

• Estudios técnicos o universitarios culminados en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o afines.

• Experiencia mínima 2 años realizando las funciones de la oferta laboral.

• Experiencia atendiendo llamadas y correos y haciendo seguimiento y brindando solución a reclamos, quejas o consultas.

• Word y Excel a nivel intermedio. (Deseable)

FUNCIONES:

• Crear / confirmar las ordenes de transporte para garantizar la entrega de los embarques al cliente final o el embarque de la mercadería, según corresponda.

• Preparar, controlar y distribuir todos los documentos de importación / exportación (según corresponda) a las contrapartes (transportista, consignatario, proveedor, etc.) cumpliendo con las regulaciones y procedimientos internos.

• Revisar las respuestas de las contrapartes y finalizar la validación de los documentos requeridos.

• Interactuar con Servicio al Cliente, Producto y Centros de Servicio Globales en caso de ser requerido.

• Administrar el file de la operación de principio a fin, desde la coordinación del embarque, facturación y GP Control.

• Otras actividades que su jefe inmediato determine

CONDICIONES LABORALES:

• Ingreso a planilla de Tawa, con todos los beneficios de ley.

• Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 am a 6:30 pm

• Lugar de Trabajo: Magdalena.
