Sales Assistant – Regional Sales Support

On Site Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST English Level: Advanced (9.0–10.0)

Role Overview

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Regional Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, highly organized, and eager to build strong customer relationships. You'll play a key role in coordinating meetings, managing CRM data, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between sales and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination & Logistics: Schedule and organize virtual/in-person meetings with prospects.
  • Prospect Follow-Up: Serve as the main point of contact for new prospects post-introduction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Order Entry: Process orders for existing customers and perform updates as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Complete forms and documents to assist the sales process.

Note: This role does not involve cold calling.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inside sales or similar roles (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to convey technical sales information clearly
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Diligent, proactive, organized, and persistent
