¿Cuál será tu misión?

Traducir necesidades del negocio en soluciones analíticas estructuradas, articulando entre stakeholders y Data Scientists para asegurar claridad, factibilidad y resultados. Serás responsable de diseñar casos de uso, acompañar su ejecución end-to-end y comunicar hallazgos con impacto ejecutivo.

Lo que harás:

  • Liderar el levantamiento y definición de casos de uso.
  • Conducir sesiones de problem framing y priorización con negocio y squads de Data Analytics.
  • Traducir problemas en hipótesis, métricas, KPIs y criterios de éxito.
  • Diseñar soluciones funcionales y coordinar su implementación con equipos técnicos.
  • Facilitar adopción y acompañamiento al negocio, asegurando trazabilidad y valor.

Perfil ideal:

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Economía, Administración, Estadística o afines.
  • Especialización en analítica, data product design o transformación digital.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en analítica, consultoría, BI o roles funcionales avanzados.
  • Conocimiento sólido en estadística, machine learning aplicado y SQL intermedio.
  • Manejo de Power BI y comprensión de arquitectura de datos.
  • Habilidades en comunicación ejecutiva, storytelling, negociación y liderazgo sin autoridad formal.
