Buscamos un/a Solutions Engineering Team Leader en Lima para liderar un equipo de ingenieros y técnicos especializados en control, protección y automatización de subestaciones eléctricas, asegurando la excelencia técnica y el cumplimiento de nuestros más altos estándares globales.

Este rol está orientado a profesionales con sólida experiencia técnica y vocación de liderazgo, que quieran dejar huella en el desarrollo de proyectos eléctricos de gran impacto nacional.

¿De qué serás responsable?

  • Liderar, desarrollar y motivar a un equipo de profesionales de ingeniería y campo, garantizando resultados de alto nivel técnico y operativo.
  • Coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo de ingeniería de control, protección, telecomunicaciones y modernización de subestaciones eléctricas.
  • Asegurar la aplicación de estándares técnicos, procesos y procedimientos corporativos en todas las fases de los proyectos.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas de ofertas y ventas, participando activamente en la definición de soluciones para clientes estratégicos.
  • Promover la mejora continua, el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y la innovación dentro del equipo.
  • Gestionar recursos, presupuestos y cronogramas para asegurar la eficiencia y cumplimiento de objetivos.

¿Qué esperamos encontrar en ti?

  • Ingeniero/a Eléctrico/a titulado/a y colegiado/a (habilitado/a deseable).

  • 8 a 10 años de experiencia profesional, incluyendo:

  • Alrededor de 5 años en campo (subestaciones, control y protección, modernización o automatización).

  • Alrededor de 5 años liderando equipos de ingeniería.

  • Conocimientos sólidos en subestaciones digitales, control, protección y telecomunicaciones.

  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes del sector energía, minería o infraestructura (por ejemplo, utilities, distribuidoras, industrias).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado
  • Competencias clave: Decision Making, Driving for Results, Coaching & Developing Others, Building Organizational Talent, Customer Focus, Driving Change e Innovation.
