We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and guide our SAP consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional SAP initiatives to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support the SAP consulting team to ensure effective resource allocation and on-time project delivery.
  • Oversee SAP projects, enhancements, and support activities, ensuring proper prioritization and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with SAP developers, technical teams, and external partners to deliver quality solutions.
  • Track and monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Promote continuous learning through training and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and internal service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP consulting and team leadership (PP, QM, MM, FI/CO, or related modules).
  • Demonstrated experience managing SAP project teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SAP project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum, SAP Activate).
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP certifications.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or other advanced SAP technologies.
  • Background in business process improvement and change management.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: S/.5, S/.5,600.00 per month
