Customer Success Manager
para incorporarse al equipo de nuestro cliente del
sector Minería
.

Requisitos:


• Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines


• Experiencia mínima de siete años gestionando clientes y tres años liderando equipos


• Idiomas: español e inglés intermedio a nivel oral


• Competencias: empatía, liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, análisis de datos, orientación al cliente


• Herramientas: CRM, Power BI a nivel intermedio, Microsoft Teams, metodologías ágiles (Scrum), Salesforce u otras plataformas similares

Funciones:


• Gestionar una cartera de clientes, priorizando renovaciones y continuidad del servicio


• Realizar reuniones de seguimiento y diseñar planes de éxito personalizados


• Coordinar con equipos técnicos, soporte, marketing y ventas


• Implementar métricas de experiencia como NPS, CSAT, SLA y adopción


• Identificar oportunidades de cross-sell y up-sell


• Desarrollar procesos internos y estándares de servicio (SLA)


• Realizar visitas frecuentes a la cartera de clientes en LATAM Hispano
