CMI is looking for a driven and versatile Senior ICT Technical Solution Expert who is hungry to empower our business in Peru.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead ICT technical expert for the Latin America region, fully responsible for pre-sales technical solution design and key project implementation support.
  • Cover a wide range of ICT scenarios including: office IT setup packages, low-voltage systems for factories and warehouses, hospital and school digitalization projects, smart city solutions, data centers, and private 5G networks (e.g., ports, mining sites, etc.).
  • Independently design technical solutions, provide technical support during bidding processes, and conduct customer-facing technical presentations — representing the company's technical strength to clients and general contractors.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in familiar solution areas and the ability to quickly master and deliver feasible solutions in unfamiliar ones through strong technical fundamentals.
  • Develop local ecosystem partnerships by establishing relationships with system integrators, suppliers, design institutes, and consulting firms, to accelerate the localization of successful experiences from China and other regions in Latin America.
  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to support customer engagement and project delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in ICT / Low Voltage Integration / System Integration industries, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Latin America.
  • Proven track record of independently leading technical solution design and project delivery for at least three types of typical ICT scenarios (e.g., low-voltage integration, data center, smart city, 5G private network).
  • Solid understanding of mainstream ICT technologies, including modern networking and cloud-network convergence, data centers and cloud computing, cybersecurity, IoT, and smart city solutions.
  • Well-connected within the local Latin American system integrator and supplier ecosystem, with established industry contacts.
  • Language requirements: Spanish + English, or Chinese + English; trilingual ability is a strong plus.
