Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for enterprise technology? We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our ERP-focused campaigns and drive growth across key verticals.

  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Department: Marketing | ERP and CRM Solutions

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for ERP- and CRM-based solutions focused on industries such as Food & Beverage, Retail, Grocery, and Supermarkets.
  • Lead the organization and execution of events. Lead qualification calls, MQL classification and qualification, webinars, etc.
  • Leverage networking connections with associations, government, industry events, and other social clubs.
  • Improve Company visibility by representing Optimus at trade shows, expos, and tech events.
  • Maintain an active and visible presence on LinkedIn and local business forums, sharing insights and success stories.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and demand generation.
  • Lead content creation, digital campaigns, and event marketing.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize for ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar
  • Strong background in demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Strong storytelling and campaign management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM and automation experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • A proactive, collaborative spirit.
  • U.S Visa (Optional).
