Customer Experience Data Specialist

Buscamos un/a Customer Experience Data Specialist que lidere la medición, análisis y gobierno de los datos de los journeys digitales (App, BOT e IVR), convirtiendo información en insights accionables que impulsen la adopción del autoservicio, reduzcan contactos asistidos y optimicen la eficiencia operativa y el impacto económico de nuestros canales digitales.
Este rol es clave para acompañar la evolución de la experiencia digital del cliente, asegurando decisiones basadas en datos confiables y oportunos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Definir y gestionar indicadores, OKRs y métricas clave para adopción, contención y eficiencia de los canales digitales.
- Gobernar el modelo de datos de los journeys digitales, asegurando calidad, ownership, SLAs y consistencia de la información.
- Consolidar y automatizar fuentes de datos de App, BOT e IVR, garantizando trazabilidad end-to-end y disponibilidad de la información.
- Diseñar, construir y mantener tableros ejecutivos y operativos (Power BI u otras herramientas).
- Analizar el desempeño de los journeys digitales e identificar oportunidades de deflexión desde canales asistidos hacia self-service.
- Modelar y dar seguimiento a casos de negocio, ROI y beneficios económicos de iniciativas digitales.
- Trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de Operaciones, Comercial, Tecnología y otras áreas clave para asegurar correcta medición e implementación de mejoras
Requisitos
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Deseable formación complementaria en Análisis de Datos, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Customer Experience o Transformación Digital.
- Se valoran certificaciones o cursos en Power BI, SQL, herramientas de visualización de datos, analítica digital o medición de experiencia del cliente.
- Conocimiento de canales digitales de atención al cliente (App, BOT, IVR).
- Experiencia de 2 años o más en diseño de tableros y reporting ejecutivo (Power BI u otras herramientas).
- Comunicación efectiva, con habilidad para explicar insights de forma clara a audiencias técnicas y de negocio.
- Trabajo en equipo y colaboración, fomentando relaciones positivas con distintos stakeholders.
- Pensamiento analítico, orientado a la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados, con foco en mejora continua.
