Estamos buscando un(a) B2B Enterprise Customer Experience Chief.
Ubicación: El Salvador
Propósito Principal: La posición de Jefe de Experiência del cliente Empresas B2B es fundamental para la gestión y atención de clientes del segmento empresas. Su principal responsabilidad es liderar al equipo de Experiência del Cliente Empresas, coordinando e implementando proyectos e iniciativas que mejoren la atención y eleven la satisfacción de los clientes B2B.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Implementar proyectos e iniciativas para la mejora en la atención y satisfacción del cliente corporativo del segmento Enterprise.- Control de métricas y reportes tanto del estado de satisfacción de los segmentos Enterprise incluyendo gestiones de retención y cobranza.- Coordinar apoyo de las diferentes áreas comunes (activaciones, facturación, cobros, tigo stores, contact center, productos, Operaciones, Instalaciones entre otras).- Liderar y generar la comunicación con el cliente referente a temas de servicio del segmento Enterprise.- Diseñar, implementar y dar seguimiento al mapa de puntos de contacto (momentos de verdad) con el cliente B2B segmento Enterprise.- KPIs orientados a la recuperación de saldos, NPS, Notas de Créditos, Churn, Facturación.- Trabajar en conjunto para la implementación de las estrategias que nos permitan disminuir el churn junto con las áreas comunes de apoyo.
Requisitos:
- Graduado en Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.- 3 años de experiência liderando área de atención al cliente.- Alta capacidad analítica para el manejo y control de KP´s de gestión.- ️ Habilidades de negociación y comunicación efectiva.
