Principales Funciones
Firma de documentos técnicos y permisos regulatorios (DIGEMID, DIGESA, SUNAT).

Atención a auditorías e inspecciones.

Supervisión de procedimientos de seguridad y control.

Mantenimiento de registros IQBF y reportes SUNAT.

Reporte de incidentes y pérdidas de productos controlados.

Actuar como punto de contacto técnico ante autoridades regulatorias.

Responsabilidades Legales
Responsabilidad Técnica: Asume legalmente la responsabilidad ante DIGEMID,

DIGESA, SUNAT, DIRANDRO y SUTRAN-MTC por el cumplimiento de las normativas

aplicables a los productos bajo su supervisión.

Firma de Documentos Oficiales: Su firma valida legalmente los permisos,

renovaciones y reportes exigidos por las entidades regulatorias.

Responsabilidad en Auditorías: Debe responder ante las autoridades en caso de

inspecciones, incidentes o hallazgos, pudiendo ser citado como responsable técnico.

Cumplimiento Normativo: Garantiza que las operaciones del almacén se realicen

conforme a la legislación vigente, evitando sanciones, multas o procesos

administrativos.

Registro y Reporte: Es responsable de la veracidad y actualización de los registros

IQBF, reportes SUNAT y documentación técnica exigida por ley.

Formación Académica: Químico Farmacéutico colegiado y habilitado.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en gestión de almacenes y droguerías.

Conocimientos Específicos

  • Legislación sanitaria peruana vigente.
  • Manejo de IQBF y MatPel.
  • Buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y transporte.
