Banking Services Analyst

In Bank of China (Peru) we are looking for a Banking Services Analyst to help us grow our business.
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Experience and understanding of financial and banking operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Advance level of English
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Customers and recommend suitable businesses for their needs.
- Assist with customer inquiries about information, accounts, bank statements, business products, etc. and support them in filling and reviewing account opening documents.
- Carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and draft due diligence reports according to internal procedures.
- Perform daily Banking business operations, including but not limited to: Local transfer and international remittance, account withdraw and deposit, payroll/CTS payments, payments to suppliers, foreign exchange, Internet Banking, CIF and accounting openings in the systems.
- Draft and translate operational guides, procedures and manuals.
- Provide high quality and efficient service to customers and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Support in regulatory reports
- Take on other tasks assigned by leader.
