Sobre el Rol:
Buscamos un(a) Sales Development Representative (SDR) dinámico(a) y con hambre de éxito para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta persona será la primera línea de contacto con clientes potenciales, desempeñando un papel crucial en la generación de pipeline para nuestra agencia de marketing. El objetivo principal es calificar leads y agendar reuniones para nuestro equipo de cierres.
Responsabilidades Clave:
- Realizar
prospección por correo electrónico
(Email Outreach) de manera masiva y personalizada. - Gestionar y nutrir el embudo de leads (Lead Management).
- Agendar reuniones calificadas
(Appointment Setting) para los representantes de cierre. - Realizar llamadas de prospección (aproximadamente el 10% del rol).
- Utilizar herramientas de sales tech stack para identificar y contactar prospectos.
Lo Que Buscamos (Requisitos):
- Inglés Fluido o Nativo.
- Experiencia demostrable como SDR o en un rol similar de ventas.
- Habilidades Organizativas Excepcionales.
- Mentalidad proactiva, resiliente y con mucha ambición ("Hungry").
- Experiencia con el siguiente software:
- CRM
(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Herramientas de Outreach:
Lemlist, Instantly, Clay, - Navegación Profesional:
LinkedIn Navigator - Productividad:
Gmail, Excel
Métricas de Éxito:
El desempeño se medirá principalmente por el
número de reuniones agendadas y calificadas
para el equipo de cierres.
