**Role and Responsibilities**

As a Community Coordinator your role will cover a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Basic social media account management of platforms such as X, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Communicate with players through on-site chats and direct messages.
- Assist with customer support team queries on social platforms.
- Engage customers with creative social content, be that written or visual, when required.
- Develop and support both existing and new competitions or bonus initiatives that resonate with community interests.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate insights.

**Qualifications Essential qualifications**
- Background in marketing, either through a university degree or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.
- Bi-lingual skills are an advantage.
- Experience in the gaming, sports, or the entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
