Buscamos un Especialista en Cobranzas orientado a resultados para gestionar y recuperar cuentas vencidas. El candidato ideal debe poseer excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, capacidad de negociación y un alto nivel de integridad para manejar información confidencial. Responsabilidades principales:
• Identificar y dar seguimiento a cuentas con saldos vencidos.
• Negociar planes de pago mensuales o liquidaciones totales con los clientes.
• Investigar y resolver discrepancias en pagos o disputas de facturación.
• Colaborar con el equipo de facturación y recepción de caja. Requisitos:
• 1+ años de experiencia demostrable en funciones de cobranza o crédito.
• Educación superior en Contabilidad o Administración de Empresas (Deseable).
• Microsoft Excel avanzado.
• Organización impecable y atención al detalle.
• Inglés avanzado Tiempo completo. L-V 8:00AM A 5:00PM EST $1,000 - $1,100 a month
