RESPONSABILIDADES Y FUNCIONES DEL CARGO OFRECIDO:
 

-Gestionar los casos de fraude reportados por bancos, shoppers y comercios para su pronta resolución.

-Asistir al equipo legal en los casos legales reportados.

-Recoger y digitalizar los casos legales recibidos en la recepción.

-Actualizar a tanto comercios como bancos el estado de los casos de fraude relacionados a ellos.

-Registrar los casos de fraude y legales para su respetivo seguimiento y posterior análisis.

-Asistir en los demás procesos del equipo de fraudes, en caso se requiera.

REQUISITOS


- Experiencia de 1 año en medios de pago, fintechs (Deseable)

- Disponibilidad para trabajo híbrido.

- FORMACIÓN: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Empresarial, Administración.

- GRADO ACADEMICO: Egresado (Universitario) INDISPENSABLE

- Conocimiento en Microsoft Office, particularmente Word, Excel y PPT.

- Excel nivel intermedio-avanzado (Deseable Macros)

- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
