About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented Business Consultant to drive the expansion of our service portfolio across LATAM. We're searching for a proactive professional with strong consultative selling skills and proven experience in service‑based B2B environments. If you thrive in fast‑paced settings, enjoy building long‑term client relationships, and excel at driving measurable business growth—this role is for you.
Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts across LATAM. Promote Solvo's complete portfolio of service‑based solutions. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and deliver customized business solutions. Align proposals with strategic objectives and operational gaps. Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and timely follow-ups. Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities, trends, and insights across LATAM and U.S. markets. Support strategy development through data-driven analysis. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals. Secure long-term, mutually beneficial contracts. Reporting: Prepare and present sales results, pipeline updates, and KPIs to leadership.
Required Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in consultative sales and business development (service sector). Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of LATAM B2B markets. Industry Focus: Proven experience in staffing. Language: Advanced English (C1+) – mandatory. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Execution: Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles. Mindset: Strong strategic and analytical thinking. Compliance: Valid visa required (mandatory).
#Solvo $3,000 - $4,000 a month
