General Job Description

We are looking for a specialist focused on Lead Generation, with solid knowledge in SEO, SEM, funnel optimization, and acquisition strategies. This person will be responsible for attracting, converting, and optimizing high-quality leads for projects in the United States and Canada, ensuring efficient, results-driven, and cost-effective campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, hands-on experience with digital tools, and the ability to plan and execute campaigns that increase traffic, improve conversions, and elevate the overall quality of generated leads.

Specific Responsabilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other SEM campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement technical and content improvements to increase organic traffic.
  • Manage landing pages, funnels, and lead capture forms (A/B testing, CRO).
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
  • Research keywords, market trends, and user search behavior.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create optimized ads, copy, and visual assets.
  • Implement tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Hotjar, and others).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting results, optimizations, and improvement opportunities.
  • Propose new acquisition strategies to increase lead volume and quality.

Requirements:

Advanced English (essential)

  • +2 years of experience in Lead Generation, SEO, and/or SEM roles.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns and analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, content strategy, and technical structure.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong command of performance metrics.
  • Experience working with international companies (a plus).

Immediate availability

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
