General Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist focused on Lead Generation and Research to manage performance campaigns, optimize lead flow, and strengthen New Edge's digital presence. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid media platforms, and the ability to generate high-quality leads consistently.

Specific Responsabilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, PMAX) to maximize lead volume and quality.
  • Manage budgets and performance, ensuring competitive CPL and scalable results.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing for keywords, ads, extensions and creatives.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion rates (CRO) to increase CVR and reduce CPL.
  • Implement and maintain advanced tracking (Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTMs).
  • Monitor KPIs (CPL, CVR, ROAS, MQL/SQL) and deliver weekly actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to validate lead quality and adjust campaigns based on feedback.
  • Develop and implement branding and digital positioning strategies to strengthen brand presence across all channels.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar lead-generation or digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Experience using CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Knowledge of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification (MQL–SQL).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and digital analytics.

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
