You'll Be Responsible For

  • Cash Management: Manage daily cash transactions to ensure funds are available for business operations.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with company records to maintain accurate financial data.
  • Weekly Bank Balances: Prepare and report weekly bank balance summaries for management review.
  • Cash Flow: Monitor and forecast cash flow to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Payments: Manage payments from customers and applying to AR invoices.
  • AR Invoicing: Creating accounts receivable invoices and credits, meeting monthly deadline.
  • Reporting: Compile and maintain reports on accounts receivable status, including aging reports.
  • Communication: Communicate with PMs regarding outstanding invoices, payment plans, and any issues related to accounts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as projects and finance, to resolve payment or invoice issues.

You'll Need To Have

  • Advanced Excel: Comfortable working with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.
  • Educational Background: A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is typically required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English to effectively interact with PMs and team members across North America and LATAM.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical skills to accurately creating invoices, applying payments, and reconciling bank statements.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
