**Accounts Receivable Specialist.**

(Remote | Full-Time)

The Language Doctors, Inc., a premier US-based linguistic company, seeks a skilled _Accounts Receivable Specialist_ to join our expanding remote team. If you're detail-oriented, proficient in managing financial records, and eager to support business growth, this full-time role is perfect for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently process and track customer invoices using _QuickBooks Online_.
- Manage incoming payments, promptly follow up on overdue invoices, and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile _accounts receivable_ transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports, contributing to effective business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate smooth financial processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in _Accounts Receivable_ or a related financial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in _QuickBooks Online_, _Microsoft Excel_, and financial reporting.
- Education: Associate's degree in _Accounting_ or a relevant field.
- Communication: Fluency in _English_ (B2/C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Key Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST (Remote)
