¿Por qué es importante tu posición? Implementar y mantener una plataforma de Inteligencia Artificial que permita a los colaboradores de la organización, optimizar sus labores diarias, potenciando la innovación y el uso estratégico de datos mediante soluciones propias y/o integradas con servicios externos. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Diseñar e implementar modelos generativos y clasificadores para texto, imágenes y datos estructurados de acuerdo con los casos de uso identificados y los servicios necesarios para su funcionamiento (bases de datos, etc.). Optimizar la performance de los modelos mediante técnicas de fine‑tuning, ajuste de hiperparámetros y reentrenamiento basado en retroalimentación. Elaborar documentación técnica y manuales de usuario para cada módulo de IA desarrollado. Realizar la integración de los modelos con las plataformas de la organización y asegurar que la interfaz de usuario y las APIs sigan las prácticas recomendadas de seguridad. Establecer protocolos para la gestión de incidencias, monitoreo de desempeño y actualización de los modelos. Preparación profesional: Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas o Ciencia de Datos o Matemáticas o Estadística o carreras afines. Maestría en Inteligencia Artificial o áreas similares (deseable) Conocimientos técnicos: Desarrollo de aplicaciones de Inteligencia Artificial. Dominio de lenguajes de programación como Python y conocimiento de frameworks de IA (LangGraph/LangChain o similares, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑Learn, Hugging Face) Conocimiento en arquitecturas de agentes de IA y técnicas modernas (RAG, orquestación de agentes, GraphRAG entre otras). Conocimiento de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, Graph Databases, vector database, y experiencia diseñando pipelines de datos seguros y escalables. Conocimiento en evaluación de modelos de IA. Experiencia integrando soluciones de IA con APIs internas o externas (OpenAI API, Gemini API, etc. y sus plataformas de experimentación de los proveedores como platform.openai.com/), microservicios y sistemas corporativos. Experiencia Laboral: 02 años en puestos de Desarrollo de aplicaciones basadas en IA 01 año aplicando técnicas de procesamiento de lenguaje natural (NLP). 03 años en proyectos de análisis de datos 03 años desarrollando modelos de machine learning y/o deep learning.
