Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST para que pueda sumarse a la división de Engineering del banco. ¿Qué estamos buscando? Facilitar las reuniones de Refinamiento de Proyectos, dando soporte al Scrum Master , Teach Leader y Product Ownes en la atención de los MVPs bajo los lineamientos definidos por la SDA y CEA Recibir el traspaso del alcance del proyecto realizado en el refinamiento, para registrar los compromisos por cada MVP a desarrollar durante el Q Preparar , ejecutar y elaborar la documentación de los casos de pruebas de acuerdo a los requisitos funcionales y técnicos del proyecto y Brindar el soporte para el pase a producción de los componentes desarrollados Dar soporte post producción a los desarrollos desplegados Elaborar manuales o guias de las soluciones implementadas para ser compartidas con otros equipos Aplicar los lineamientos definidos por la Fábrica Digital, brindado soporte al desarrollo de los proyectos bajo los estándares y lineamientos que aseguren tener entregables de calidad Cumplir con el marco de trabajo ágil en el desarrollo de los proyectos, promoviendo los principios y valores ágiles dentro del equipo de trabajo Brindar asesoría al equipo en limitantes técnicos para el desarrollo del proyecto Brindar soporte en la comunicación de actividades claves del proyecto que deben cumplirse de manera transversal entre diferentes equipo Participar en las ceremonias Synchro con los equipos de Solution Development que necesiten del expertise de los equipos Reliability. Y otras funciones propias del cargo o que su jefe inmediato le asigne Requisitos: Bachiller o titulado universitario de las carreras de ingeniería de software, ingeniería de sistemas, computación, informática o afines. Experiencia de +1 año en desarrollo backend. Experiencia programando en Java o Cobol Experiencia en equipos / sector de medio de pago (valorado). Manejo de BBDD (DB2, Oracle, SQL). Dicha posición para el área de Payments deberá de contar con las habilidades blandas de: trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, proactividad, capacidad de análisis, resiliencia, comunicación efectiva.
