FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Ingresar información al sistema de la compañía de los inventarios recibidos y en los plazos determinados.

  • Separar y verificar la consistencia de los documentos recibidos para asignarlos a los diferentes procesos del área.

  • Manipulación de carga con estoca.

  • Ingresar al sistema SISIron la información de los inventarios recibidos en los plazos determinados.

  • Separar y verificar la consistencia de los documentos recibidos para asignarlos a los diferentes procesos del área.

  • Elaborar reportes al coordinador/a del área para evaluar la producción mensual del Data Entry.

  • Identificar y priorizar clientes críticos para asegurar la disponibilidad de la información.

  • Hacer seguimiento a las cuentas nuevas y servicios especiales, así como a las consultas específicas de cada cliente.

  • Comunicarse con los clientes constantemente para solicitar su información e informarle sobre inconsistencias detectadas.

  • Absolver consultas de los clientes con respecto a sus inventarios, ya sea de información de áreas o inconsistencia de datos, para casos particulares.

  • Validar la información enviada por los clientes y cargarla al sistema.

  • Realizar el control de calidad de la información cargada al sistema, tanto de datos manuales, como electrónicos.

ESTUDIOS MÍNIMOS REQUERIDOS

  • Educación secundaria completa

  • Técnico/a en Computación o carreras afines (deseable)

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA

  • Mínimo 6 meses en Digitación

CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS

  • Excel a nivel intermedio (indispensable)

  • Inglés a nivel básico

  • Cursos en ofimática (deseable)
