La persona ideal tendrá la capacidad de: Crear contenido atractivo para fortalecer la marca empleadora (fotografía, diseño, video, copywriting). Gestionar redes sociales de reclutamiento, asegurando mensajes claros, coherentes y alineados con la cultura organizacional. Documentar eventos y actividades internas mediante fotos, videos y piezas gráficas. Redactar comunicaciones internas y externas. Se requiere una persona creativa, organizada y orientada al detalle, con manejo de herramientas de diseño y edición (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, etc.), habilidades de redacción y storytelling, y capacidad para interactuar con equipos internos.
