Now, Let’s Get Down to Business......
Reporting to our Customer Marketing Manager for SOLA, you will be responsible for accelerating sales in the Market through the development and execution of plans and promotions at the point of sale, as well as understanding the trends and patterns of buyers and clients in the assigned channel.
You will also analyze patterns, trends and insights of shoppers in each category at the point of sale to contribute to the understanding of the market, as well as the identification and quantification of growth opportunities, within the point of sale in the channel(s). assigned marketing(s) and clients, provide information regarding the identified actions that are necessary to meet the objectives at the point of sale within the assigned channel, collaborate with the Marketing team in the development of opportunity proposals, providing the promotion focus at the point of sale, aligned with customer requirements and resource availability.
You will also present a proposal for continuous improvement of execution guides for the different categories with the aim of increasing the participation of space, execute annual promotional plan by category/channel/customer and propose different types of promotions (CRM, direct discounts, promotional packs, among others) complying with brand guidelines, among other responsibilities.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
It would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in a FMCG company (This is a must)
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade or Customer Marketing
- Fluid english
- Good excel management
- Good communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in modern and traditional trade
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Result-oriented.
