Job Title: Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support and drive the efficient operation of our organization. The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between leadership and teams, overseeing key initiatives, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, assisting in the development and execution of organizational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align business strategies and ensure cross-functional teams are working toward shared objectives.

Operational Oversight

  • Streamline organizational workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor progress on company initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.

Project Management

  • Oversee and execute special projects as assigned by the executive.
  • Coordinate resources, track milestones, and deliver comprehensive updates.

Executive Support

  • Manage the executive's schedule, including prioritization of meetings and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the executive.
  • Represent the executive in meetings when necessary.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive and other departments to ensure clarity and alignment.

Leadership and Decision-Making

  • Analyze complex situations, provide insights, and recommend solutions to support decision-making.
  • Act as a leader in the organization, fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability.

Crisis and Change Management

  • Act swiftly and decisively in response to urgent or high-stakes situations.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a strategic, managerial, or operations-focused role (e.g., management consulting, project management, or executive leadership).

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to process complex information and propose actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Asana, etc.
