Territory Sales Manager - Fashion Eyewear Our client "Safilo Group" is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – QLD to join their team Are you passionate about premium eyewear and have a knack for sales? They design, manufacture, and distribute high-quality optical frames, sunglasses, and sports eyewear for some of the world's most recognizable brands. Their impressive portfolio includes Carrera, Kate Spade, Etro, Stuart Weitzman, BOSS, Carolina Herrera, and many more across fashion, sport, and lifestyle categories. What you'll be doing? Territory Management: Manage and grow a designated sales territory in Queensland, utilizing CRM tools for effective planning and reporting. Customer Relationships: Develop strong business partnerships with independent optical retailers, fostering long-term success. Brand Training: Deliver engaging brand and product training to support customer sell-through and enhance brand knowledge. Inventory Optimization: Ensure optimal stock levels and strong brand visibility in-store, maximizing sales potential. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing to maximize premium in-store space and enhance brand presence. Market Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends, contributing to strategic decision-making. Who are they looking for? Industry Experience: Background in fashion, luxury, or premium consumer goods, with experience in the optical industry highly regarded. Relationship Builder: Passionate about fostering strong connections and helping customers achieve success. Organizational Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities to effectively manage your territory. Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded with solid negotiation skills to drive results and growth. Communication Skills: Energetic and confident communicator with a hands‑on attitude to engage with customers and colleagues.
