It requires a unique blend of analytical expertise and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, optimize product mix, and build strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market share. About the Job Own the seasonal sales and margin plan for each department and business line. Analyze the Women’s business to detect growth opportunities and implement strategies through an optimal product assortment at every point of sale. Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment with annual sales targets through constant and effective communication. Identify and manage client needs, ensuring expectations are met while developing joint strategies to grow market share in tops, bottoms, and accessories. Create sales recommendations by cluster, leveraging Sell‑Out data to offer the best assortment per store. Conduct regular store visits to understand consumer needs and translate insights into more accurate Sell‑In strategies. Manage commercial conditions with accounts (returns, credit notes, contributions) and coordinate with Customer Success for order processing and invoicing. Monitor inventory to prevent stock‑outs and ensure product availability. Structure semi‑annual pre‑sales and select product mix based on best‑sellers and trend visibility. Support marketing campaign coordination in stores and online, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and Women’s business objectives. Collaborate with Store Planning & Construction and Visual Merchandising teams to enhance store layouts and drive business growth through remodels or new spaces. Track daily sales performance and plan weekly commercial actions (discounts, promotions) based on projections and historical data. Maintain close relationships with promoter teams to optimize efficiency. Negotiate prices, discounts, and commercial terms with retailers to maximize profitability for both the company and the client. About You 1–2 years of experience in related roles (Account Executive, Key Account). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Experience in department stores (preferred but not mandatory). Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commercial vision and strategic thinking. Experience with SAP (preferred but not mandatory). Team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
