About the Opportunity As a Senior Operations Manager, you would play a critical role in leading large, multi‑site FM portfolios and supporting the delivery of operational, financial, and people outcomes at a senior level. Depending on business needs, future opportunities may involve: Oversight of high‑profile or complex client portfolios Leadership of Operations Managers, Account Managers, and Facilities Managers Driving performance, governance, and consistency across regions Partnering with senior stakeholders to support growth, transitions, and continuous improvement This EOI does not represent a current vacancy but allows us to engage with experienced leaders as part of our ongoing workforce and succession planning. Lead and support high‑performing operational teams across multiple contracts and regions. Ensure service delivery, compliance, and client outcomes consistently meet or exceed contractual requirements. Provide strong P&L oversight, budget control, forecasting, and identification of productivity and margin improvement opportunities. Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all SEQ systems, audits, and governance frameworks. Coach, develop, and mentor leaders, supporting succession planning and performance management. Identify and support organic growth opportunities within existing client partnerships. What You’ll Bring Qualifications & Industry Experience Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or related discipline (required) Technical qualifications and minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management Proven success in managing complex, multi‑site FM portfolios Strong background in transitioning and mobilising Integrated FM contracts Advanced MS Office and FM systems proficiency Strategic and analytical leadership capability Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience Skilled in stakeholder engagement, client negotiation, and performance coaching Ability to drive contract performance and achieve growth outcomes Professional attributes Results‑driven, proactive, and resilient under pressure Personable and charismatic with excellent relationship management skills Organised and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, complex environments Why register your interest with KFM?
