Responsabilidades y atribuciones

  • Desplegar y ejecutar los lineamientos metodológicos y marcos de trabajo organizacionales a través de las mejores prácticas para la gestión de proyectos/Servicios.
  • Desplegar y asegurar uso herramientas y plantillas estándares para la gestión de proyectos/servicios.
  • Asegurar y Monitorear la Gestión de Riesgos en los proyectos/servicios, informando las desviaciones.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de la estructura de los repositorios de gestión documental de los proyectos/servicios.
  • Asegurar y ejecutar medición de los proyectos/servicios
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de las rutinas para la obtención de la información asociada al resultado de los proyectos en cuanto a: alcance, tiempos, equipos de trabajo calidad del servicio, satisfacción del cliente, gestión de issues, gestión de riesgos, entre otros.
  • Asegurar planes de acción a desviaciones sobre todos los aspectos anteriores asociados al resultado de los proyectos.
  • Asegurar ejecución y cierre de auditorías de calidad proyectos/servicios.
  • Asegurar despliegue y cumplimiento de la arquitectura y metodologías de los procesos definida a nível regional.
  • Construir, Optimizar (LEAN) y actualizar los Procesos (levantamiento, documentación, socialización y acompañamiento durante la adherencia de los procesos) de acuerdo a definiciones regionales
  • Asegurar y cumplir con la ejecución de Roadmap definido por la región para la obtención de certificaciones de los sistemas de gestión.
  • Asegurar el logro, mantenimiento y mejora de los sistemas de gestión establecidos a nível y aprobados de la filial.
  • Conocer, entender y aplicar la política de Política de Seguridad de la Información.
  • Velar por la confidencialidad, integridad de la información.
  • Cumplir con la legislación y regulación vigentes.

Requisitos y calificaciones

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ing. Industrial, Administrador de Empresas o carreras asociadas.
  • 5 años de experiência profesional.
  • Práctica en la implementación y gestión de sistemas de gestión, esto implica tener conocimientos sobre cómo diseñar, implementar y mantener un sistema de gestión de eficaz, incluyendo la documentación de procesos, el monitoreo de indicadores, y la realización de auditorías bajo los estándares internacionales como ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, CMMI, y otros.
  • Identificación y evaluación de los riesgos asociados con el delivery de los servicios.
