About The Opportunity


Our Americas team (Canada, USA, Central & South America) are leading Micromine's growth plans, and they are currently searching for a Business Development Manager in Peru to cover the LATAM region.

In this role you will build and convert pipelines of leads into sales of Micromine's exploration solutions.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager - Americas, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to identify potential clients.
  • Contacting and qualifying new leads.
  • Managing the endtoend sales process, including nurturing prospects, demonstrating solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Ensuring optimal product delivery and client training via the Service team.
  • Participating in marketing events such as trade shows and product launches.

About You


You will have a proven background in business development, including B2B sales exposure, and a successful track record of delivering new clients.


Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Experience with selling software / SaaS solutions or mining technology.
  • Wellversed in managing the full endtoend sales process.
  • Strong prospecting and qualification skills.
  • Familiarity with managing sales activity via a CRM platform.
