As a Strategic Planning Director, you will have the opportunity to lead Strategy agenda for PEC (Perú & Ecuador) region, enabling the performance results based on market insights, continuous support to operations and being the guardians of Long Range Plans Moonshots

What You'll Do for Us

  • The primary responsibility of the franchise integration role is to ensure the positive share/SOV gain narrative across countries and categories so that the zone/country grows with quality leadership.
  • Work with Insights team and platform services team to identify and manage syndicated data sources for the countrie
    s and categories to identify market and executional opportunities to accelerate value capture. Usage of factbased, strategic approach to identify the insights, strategies and leadingedge solutions to boost local/granular strategy, with actionable levers.
  • Key responsibility also includes working on zone ABP, LRP & Moonshots Processes. The goal here is high degree of alignment and cascading down of the OU plans/targets to zones/countries ensuring Strategy deployment. This must be done by acting as a network person linking between functions and systems.
  • Routines management (bottlers alignments, T2T, Monthly Decision Points) with adequate data/insights to guarantee focus on strategy pillars and shortterm alignment to company targets.
  • Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas.
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
  • Overall, help define the narrative for the zone and country
  • Keep the strategy leadership team updated on the onground initiatives and challenges

Profile:

Leader of others with a total team of 2 associates & Indirect influences operation franchise teams of the PEC Operation.


Qualification & Requirements
- +12 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy related areas, in consulting companies and / or consumer goods industry.

  • Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
  • People manager with excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment leading a multicountry team, efficient communicator and influencer.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situation and dealing with ambiguity.

Functional Skills

Mastery Of _(required):_**-

  • Systemic thinking: Experience with largescale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Being comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo.
