CONSULTANT ASSISTANT

Requisitos:

  • Bachiller en Psicología Organizacional (Deseable: Tercio superior)
  • Experiência: 6 meses en labores de reclutamiento y selección, realizando Hunting
  • Deseable: Experiência previa en empresas de Headhunting o empresas consultoras de selección
  • Conocimientos: One Drive, Google Drive,
  • Conocimientos: Manejo de bolsas laborales y elaboración de expedientes
  • Conocimiento en Procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección, Headhunting
  • Office: Word, Power Point y Excel a nível Intermedio
  • Inglés: Nível Intermedio o Avanzado

Funciones:

  • Formar parte de la capacitación con jefe de Proyecto
  • Formar parte de las coordinaciones de todo el proceso con el cliente
  • Llevar el proceso de inicio a fin (reclutamiento, filtraje, hunting, elaboración de expedientes)
  • Levantar observaciones
  • Comunicación con el cliente
  • Realizar Hunting para posiciones específicas de forma eficiente
