Job Description:
  1. Present to the board on yearly budgets and planning.
  2. Formulating core strategy for continuous business growth through to the development of execution.
  3. Build strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  4. Identify growth prospects in regard to property management and store expansion.
  5. Ensure all proper governance and compliance are in place.
  6. Manage overall financial budgeting with Finance Head.
  7. Operational management making sure seamless processes are in place.
The Successful Applicant

The CEO should be a seasoned strategic leader who has managed medium to large businesses for a consumer goods company. He or she will need to have a strong drive and work ethic to thrive within a demanding, competitive yet rewarding industry. The CEO will be a driver of results and will have the passion to build and create a legacy within the business. Other expectations include:

  • Malaysian only.
  • Track record from consumer goods sectors will be preferred.
  • 15 plus years of management experience.
  • Experienced in managing a total portfolio of commercial function, finance, and manufacturing.
  • A people leader who is passionate about spotting, coaching, and developing the next line of leaders in the business.
  • Strong understanding in commercials, merchandising, and marketing.
  • High work ethic, intuition, and holds accountability for one's action.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • An effective problem-solver with the ability to make tough decisions.
  • Fantastic in developing key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record in growing top-line numbers and building a strong brand in the market.
