Job Description:
GMICA Perú, Joint Venture entre General Motors e Isuzu, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Country Lead, quien será responsable por la comercialización de camiones y buses Isuzu en Perú.
Él/La Country Lead, deberá establecer la estrategia comercial para la venta, posventa y mercadeo de camiones y buses Isuzu para Perú y asegurar su ejecución.
También deberá garantizar la proximidad y satisfacción de nuestros clientes a través de la cobertura y procesos de venta y servicio en la red de concesionarios Isuzu a nível nacional y administrar la relación comercial con la red de concesionarios Isuzu a nível nacional para el negocio de camiones y buses.
Mantener la relación con socios estratégicos claves para el negocio de camiones y buses, será una misión significativa del rol.

Requisitos del Rol:
Conocimiento del sector automotor, preferiblemente de buses y camiones
Inglés avanzado
Planificación estratégica
Administración de canales de distribución
Planificación de demanda
Fundamentos de mercadeo
Conocimiento de posventa automotriz, preferiblemente de buses y camiones
Administración de personal
Manejo de indicadores financieros y lectura de estados financieros
Experiência requerida:
Experiência en cargos de nível gerencial dentro de la industria automotriz o sectores con alta gestión de canales de comercialización y relacionamiento, manejo de productos y estrategias comerciales
Educación:
Ingeniería comercial, mecánica o afín
Título académico de cuarto nível (MBA), será preferencial.
