Es por ello, que actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda del mejor talento para cubrir la posición de un Specialist Field Service Technician Level II que cumpla el siguiente perfil:

Propósito:

  • Brindar soporte técnico en las áreas operativas y operar los equipos de la línea de su especialidad.
  • Realizar procesos de Start Up, análisis de fallas, reparación de componentes menores y reconocer la totalidad de los componentes del equipo.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares en el sector minero y/o construcción.
  • Conocimientos de equipos de Chancado, así como del procesamiento de minerales y agregados.
  • Inglés técnico (deseable).
  • Contar con licencia de conducir AIIB (indispensable antigüedad de 4 años) y experiência comprobable conduciendo en mina.

Funciones:

  • Contactar directamente con el cliente para la realización del Servicio.
  • Realizar la evaluación de equipos de campo y entrenamiento técnico de equipos de la línea de su especialidad.
  • Brindar asistencia de Post-Venta de equipos y partes para problemas medio/complejos.
  • Realizar servicios facturados de mantenimientos programados y de fallas mediano/complejas.
  • Liderar grupos de trabajo de reparaciones intermedias del cliente.
  • Elaborar informes para cliente y jefatura superior de las recomendaciones de repuestos
  • Contribuir a lograr las metas de los Indicadores de Gestión establecidos por la Gerencia del área.

Ubicación:

  • Taller Huachipa
  • Lima, con disponibilidad para constantes viajes a diferentes unidades mineras.
