Contribuye al éxito general de la unidad de Gobierno Operaciones/ Operaciones en Perú, garantizando que los objetivos, planes e iniciativas individuales específicas se lleven a cabo o se cumplan en apoyo a las estrategias y objetivos de negocios del equipo.

Garantiza que todas las actividades realizadas se desarrollen de conformidad con las normas, políticas y procedimientos internos vigentes.



¿A qué retos te enfrentarás?

  • Promueve una cultura centrada en el cliente a fin de profundizar las relaciones con los clientes y aprovechar las amplias relaciones del Banco, así como sus sistemas y conocimientos.
  • Garantizar que las revisiones de auditoría interna y SBS in situ se coordinen correctamente:
oAsegurar que toda la documentación e información solicitada por los auditores (interno o regulatorio) se proporcione oportunamente;
oDocumentar y / o revisar los Planes de Acción de Gestión, asegurando que el plan aborde / resuelva las brechas identificadas y que la resolución sea efectiva y sostenible;
oOrganizar instalaciones para revisores cuando corresponda.

  • Obtener, revisar y cuestionar los paquetes de cierre de problemas completados preparados por la unidad operativa / propietario del problema:
oAsegurar la implementación adecuada de las actividades de remediación y los planes de acción de gestión acordados han resuelto el problema y abordado la causa raíz subyacente del problema;
oLa resolución es efectiva y sostenible y se alinea con las recomendaciones del auditor y las acciones específicas requeridas para el cierre del problema; y

oSe ha proporcionado toda la evidencia específica requerida para el cierre.

  • Obtener, revisar y cuestionar las actualizaciones de problemas preparadas por el propietario operativo / de la unidad / del problema:
oAsegurarse de que la resolución del problema aún esté bien encaminada para cumplir con la fecha de resolución original;
oLa corrección que se está implementando resuelve el problema y aborda la causa raíz subyacente del problema; y

oSe ha proporcionado toda la evidencia aplicable

  • Monitorear el estado de los planes de remediación abiertos para respaldar el cierre a tiempo; Informar el estado periódicamente a la Vicepresidencia Senior y Global Operations Toronto sobre la eficacia y puntualidad del plan de remediación y que esto contribuya a asegurar que el Ratio de Resolución de Auditoría así como el Reporte de Efectividad de Auditoría sea satisfactorio.
  • Brindar supervisión con el programa de computación del usuario final (EUC), asegurando que los procesos cumplan con las políticas internas y los requisitos reglamentarios externos. Brindar asistencia, asesoramiento, y capacitación a los funcionarios designados para abordar los problemas de auditoría y las certificaciones EUC.
  • Contribuye a potenciar la cultura de riesgos y controles en la organización en la Vicepresidencia de Operaciones brindando asesoría y soporte a las unidades para identificar, evaluar, mitigar, monitorear los riesgos y asegurar la captura de información según las pautas y la metodología de riesgo operacional, y de Cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Implementar continuamente los programas brindando soporte en la ejecución de las Auto-Evaluaciones de Riesgos y Controles como las matrices de riesgos, de acuerdo al plan anual establecido, para identificar los principales riesgos operacionales y controles;
  • Desarrollar un análisis crítico de la información brindada y asegurar mediante una comparación y análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo que se esté considerando los factores y causas de raíz de los riesgos que pueden afectar a las unidades impidiendo el logro de sus objetivos.
  • Gestionar los eventos de pérdida por riesgo operacional en las unidades dentro de la Vicepresidencia de Operaciones, asesorando y brindando soporte a las unidades impactadas en el análisis de causa raíz y medidas de control estructurales y sostenibles en el tiempo así como el registro de los eventos en los sistemas de información interno. (Escala eventos de cuasi perdida a BNS)
  • Preparar reportes de resultados de la Vicepresidencia y Gerencias involucradas de forma ejecutiva en frecuencia periódica y que permita la toma de conocimiento y decisiones estratégicas para el tratamiento al riesgo.
  • Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
  • Realiza activamente operaciones eficaces y eficientes en sus áreas respectivas, a la vez que garantiza la idoneidad, el cumplimiento y la eficacia de los c
