What you need to know about this position

:


You will be key to support transactional people processes for the Lima manufacturing plant, throughout data analytics and reporting using Business Intelligence tools, implementation of improvement projects development and supporting self-service deployment across the entire population.

Also, you focus on continuous improvement and develop specific actions towards optimization and you are highly oriented to customer service to employees and team members.


Education / Certifications

:

  • Academic background in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business or related field.

Job specific requirements

:

  • Intermediateadvanced English
  • Advanced Excel required
  • Intermediate Power BI required.
  • Power Apps knowledge is a plus.

  • 100% On site
