About the opportunity

  • Acompañar al equipo de management en las decisiones estratégicas.
  • Desarrollar las estrategias e iniciativas de HR y Operaciones.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar el plan de acción sobre el Clima Laboral (plan de desarrollo profesional, plan de reconocimiento, plan de comunicación, RSE). Ayudando a posicionar PedidosYa como una de las mejores empresas para trabajar en el mercado local.
  • Trabajar en forma cercana, manteniendo reuniones frecuentes con el equipo, con el fin de obtener un mejor entendimiento de las necesidades y planificar las acciones para su gestión.
  • Colaborar con la organización de actividades recreativas y eventos.
  • Administrar, gestionar y monitorear el presupuesto, nómina y beneficios.
  • Acompañar procesos de reclutamiento trabajando con el equipo local y regional, desde identificar la necesidad hasta coordinar el correcto onboarding de los nuevos colaboradores.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar el potencial del equipo de tiendas.
What you need to be successful

  • Profesional o estudiante de los últimos años de la carrera de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o afines.
  • Experiência mínima de 4 años en HR, preferentemente en la industria digital.
  • Experiência mínima de al menos 1 año como People Partner o en un rol generalista similar.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de Excel.
  • Nível de Ingles intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de Workday será valorado.
