Job Summary

Buscamos un representante para ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente de primera clase y fomentar la satisfacción del cliente.

  • Tener al menos 18 años
  • Diploma de Educación Secundaria
  • Conocimientos de informática
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente o call center (deseable al menos 3 meses)
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Responder a los mensajes entrantes a los canales de atención al cliente.
  • Proporcionar un alto nivel de asistencia de servicio profesional y competente.
  • Completar y aprobar satisfactoriamente los requisitos de formación y calidad.

Conocimientos técnicos:
