Customer Success Officer

As a Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients across Latin America, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
You will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our software effectively. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, coordinating with technical support and other departments to resolve concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client health, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or B2B/B2C sales role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese highly desirable).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the technology and software landscape in Latin America is a plus.
