The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Officer to join our team in Latin America. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, equipping them to use our software effectively through training sessions and ongoing support.
- Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, proactively addressing any concerns or issues.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
- Act as a point of escalation for client issues, coordinating with technical support and other departments to resolve concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client health, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or B2B/B2C sales role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese highly desirable).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the technology and software landscape in Latin America is a plus.
