¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?

  • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio mediante la prospección y el análisis de necesidades de clientes potenciales para ofrecer soluciones a medida en el portafolio de Cabify y el mercado de movilidad.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ingresos y maximizar el crecimiento de las cuentas existentes.
  • Gestionar proyectos de manera integral, coordinando con diversos stakeholders (producto, operaciones, finanzas, legal, etc), para garantizar la correcta implementación y evolución de cada proyecto.
  • Negociar términos y condiciones favorables en contratos para asegurar la rentabilidad de cada cuenta, manejando la revisión de contratos, análisis de costos y determinación del net revenue.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes, promoviendo la satisfacción y fidelización a través de un contacto cercano y atención a sus necesidades.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación proactiva y resolución de problemas para anticipar posibles obstáculos y mantener relaciones duraderas y de confianza con los clientes.
  • Mantener información actualizada y precisa en la base de datos de clientes, asegurando la integridad de la información de cada cuenta y contacto.
Lo Que Estamos Buscando
  • Afinidad con nuestros principios.
  • Graduado de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing o afines.
  • Capacidad comercial y de negociación sobresaliente, con habilidades para identificar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio.
  • Experiencia en roles similares (3 a 5 años), especialmente en desarrollo de proyectos y gestión comercial.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, con habilidad para evaluar estructuras de costos y proyecciones de rentabilidad.
  • Nivel avanzado en el uso de Google Sheets.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita, con orientación al cliente y capacidad para adaptarse a diferentes perfiles.
  • Este perfil se ajusta a un profesional con visión de negocio, experiencia en el desarrollo y cierre de proyectos, y habilidades para cultivar relaciones comerciales efectivas.
