**Senior Zoho Functional Analyst (Remote Position - Peru)**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, ERP/CRM Analyst, System Administrator, or Consultant in the business software domain.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the Zoho platform.
- Extensive detail-oriented configuration knowledge
- Proficiency with complex automation flow-chart and diagramming tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio), logical conditions, field data types, database administration etc.
- Solid understanding of relational database structures, SQL language, Web Services, and web API concepts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive complex automation flows, manage logical conditions, oversee field data types, and handle Sandbox operations.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Project Managers, and Sales team members, providing technical guidance to align with customer business processes and project objectives.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis, document findings, and devise strategic solutions within Zoho.
- Facilitate AS-IS / TO-BE Analyses, create Entity Relationship Diagrams, and flowcharts.
- Deliver precise technical requirements to the development team, maintaining consistent communication with Project Coordinators and Account Managers.
- Consistently document your work in Technical and Customer Knowledge Bases.

**You are expected to**:

- Provide technical requirements to the development team while staying in communication with Project Managers and Sales Account Managers.
- Suggest potential options and actions based on the customer’s requirements using your expertise.
- Be skilled in rapid learning and adaptation of unfamiliar technical and configuration tasks.
- Work on Zoho configuration, performing changes and enhancements as necessary.
- Constantly document your work in our Technical and Customer Knowledge Bases.
- Provide references
