Overview:
At The Westin Lima Hotel & Convention Center we are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of F&B outlet’s operations, as well as events, while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. He/she is expected to execute internal controls, proceedings handbooks and financial reports. They also have to ensure the policy compliance that involve their area's operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and assign different F&B oulets' activities aswell as events.
- Direct and coordinate the F&B operations to ensure the maximum benefit, at the highest level of service and quality.
- Mantain an updated benchmark that corresponds with local competitors.
- Supervise and approve menus and other products that the area sells.
- Update the Micros system and control its use.
- Develop commercial products according to the demand.
- Mantain an adequate management of the outlets' social media.
- Report and do a follow-up of the correct area manteinance.
- Do a follow-up of guest's special requirements related to the F&B area.
- Responsible for the areas' work environment.
- Plan and support the area's training programs.
- Conduct interviews for new employees who start working at the F&B areas.
- Participation in the revenue meetings to evaluate the short and medium-term strategy.
- Elaborate the budget and capex.
- Support in other activities that are required in the area.

Qualifications:

- Studies in Hospitality or similar areas, aswell as certifications or Masters in Food & Beverage.
- Advanced level of English.
- Financial knowledge (P&L, costos and budget).
- Minimum experience of 5 years in management of fine dining restaurants, signature bars and mass volume events.
