En la competencia por los/as mejores jugadores/as, estamos buscamos un/a **_Head of Commercial Peru_** que se incorpore al área de **Sponsorship & Advertising Sales de Rights Management** y quiera jugar dentro del estadio más grande del mundo

**¿Cuáles serán tus principales tareas?**:
Tendrás 4 grandes focos donde estarán enfocadas tus tareas y responsabilidades, partiendo desde la idea de que tú liderarás al equipo local de operaciones comerciales y equipo comercial.
- **Rendimiento de las marcas estratégicas**:

- Crear e implementar iniciativas de activación para impulsar las ventas y aumentar el conocimiento de las marcas.
- Asesorar para identificar brechas, necesidades y oportunidades que potencien el vínculo de las alianzas, con el fin de que entreguen valor a través de activaciones en canales digitales.
- Analizar las tendencias del mercado, los conocimientos de consumidores y compradores para desarrollar planes estratégicos de marketing y comerciales específicos para promocionar las marcas de manera efectiva.
- **Estrategia y Planificación**:

- Desarrollar la "Apariencia del Éxito" por canal para asegurar la ejecución de la estrategia de la cartera y evaluar el desempeño con KPIs claros.
- **Gestión de Proyectos/Presupuesto**:

- Planificar y gestionar el presupuesto comercial centrado en objetivos estratégicos y ejecutar acciones.
- **Influencia Comercial**:

- Desarrollar un roadmap de próximas ventas sólidas vinculadas a impulsadores de crecimiento de la categoría y ocasiones de consumo.
- Crear un pool e inventario digital que pueda ser parte de la estrategia de ventas y tener el rol de comercializarlo.
- Brindar un servicio al cliente excelente en cada etapa del proceso de asesoría.
- Preparar informes regulares de progreso y pronósticos para los interesados internos y externos.
- Desarrollar nuevos negocios para los principales productos del territorio, tales como La Bicolor y Liga 1.

**¿Qué necesitas para postular? **‍**
- Al menos 5 años de experiência comercial comprobada en B2B.
- Haber trabajado en la industria del deporte y entretenimiento.
- Haber vendido auspicios y publicidad.
- Entendimiento del mercado Perú, incluyendo relacionamiento de alto nível con empresas relevantes e industria publicitaria.
