**Propósito de la Posición**:
Inspirar y empoderar la excelencia en sostenibilidad ambiental en Nestlé Perú - Bolivia.

Desarrollar la Sostenibilidad Ambiental e impulsar su implementación a través de la aplicación del Sistema de Gestión Ambiental de Nestlé y NER. Proporcionar liderazgo en todas las partes del mercado para permitir que el personal alcance sus objetivos de sostenibilidad ambiental y se enorgullezca de sus logros.

**Un día en la vida de...**
- Inspirar el cambio: Crear una comprensión de los valores de Sostenibilidad ambiental de Nestlé e inspirar a las partes interesadas a sobresalir en el cumplimiento y mejorar continuamente, aprovechando los fundamentos y prácticas avanzadas de NCE (p. ej., TPM, Lean Value Stream). Promover un enfoque de comportamiento para la Sostenibilidad Ambiental, basado en el Marco de Liderazgo de Nestlé.
- Crear estrategia: Identificar las prioridades de sostenibilidad ambiental, los desafíos actuales y futuros y las oportunidades de cambio a nível de sitio/unidad. Desarrolle una estrategia holística y un plan de implementación, alineado con las prioridades y los objetivos del mercado, y con el OMP general del sitio/unidad. Orientar la implementación y comunicación de la estrategia.
- Desarrollar Redes de Sostenibilidad Ambiental: Desarrollar y coordinar redes de sostenibilidad ambiental de profesionales para el sitio/unidad.
- Proporcione orientación: Asegurar de que los stakeholders reciban orientación y apoyo confiables sobre asuntos relevantes de sostenibilidad ambiental. Identificar experiências y buenas prácticas dentro y fuera de Nestlé y replicarlas.
- Compromiso: Involucrarse con partes interesadas externas (por ejemplo, sindicatos, reguladores locales, comunidades locales y ONG locales) en temas de sostenibilidad ambiental para construir relaciones positivas a largo plazo. Participe en foros externos para comparar con otras empresas y comparta las prácticas de Nestlé.
- Energy/Water/SHE Management: Garantizar operaciones eficientes y sostenibles a nível del almacen liderando la implementación de proyectos, gestionando óptimamente la energía y el agua, generando proyectos de optimización de uso, segregando correctamente y respetando las políticas de SHE.
- Compliance: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos relacionados con NER y los reglamentos locales.
- NCE: Liderar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de Nestlé Continuous Excellence para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos, dentro de una plataforma de mejora continua y basado en sus principios fundacionales: Goal Alignment (GA), mejora enfocada (FI), Liderazgo (LDv) y Educación y Entrenamiento (E&T).

- Bachiller y/o Titulado en Ingeniería Ambiental, Ingeniería Industrial a fines
- Experiência y/o Especialización en Gestión Ambiental
- Participación en proyectos de Sostenibilidad Ambiental y haber impulsado el cambio a través del liderazgo personal
- Indispensable - Inglés Avanzado
- Liderazgo en equipos multifuncionales.
- Políticas y estándares traducidos en planes de acción prácticos.
- Coaching de personas y equipos en diferentes entornos.
- Comunicación de manera efectiva con diferentes níveles organizacionales.
- Enfoque proactivo para anticipar problemas o mejorar las prácticas actuales.
