**Misión**:
Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas establecida para cuentas asignadas (Canales y Usuarios finales), así como monitorear continuamente su desempeño, asegurando un alto grado de satisfacción en mercados específicos como: Minería, Gas & Petróleo, Alimentos & Bebidas, Agua & Saneamiento, entre otros, con el fin de incrementar la participación de mercado de productos, sistemas, servicios y soluciones SIEMENS, logrando o excediendo las metas de crecimiento anual.

**Responsabilidades**:

- ** Estrategia**: Contribuye en la identificación, evaluación y determinación de objetivos para las cuentas asignadas junto con el gerente de ventas y gerentes de unidad de negocio. Concreta acuerdos del volumen de venta en las cuentas asignadas. Brinda propuestas innovadoras a la estrategia en el equipo de ventas. Trabaja en equipo con los Area Sales Professional y Sales Specialist para armonizar las ventas de la compañía. Planifica y participa activamente en los planes de marketing con las unidades de negocio.
- ** Soporte**: Soporta en la certificación, evaluación y entrenamiento de las cuentas asignadas. Asume rol activo en el acompañamiento a los vendedores de canales, evaluando sus competencias y soportando la venta junto a ellos. Desarrolla relaciones interpersonales con los canales, clientes y otros actores claves en la toma de decisiones
- ** Gestión**: Contribuye a alcanzar o exceder objetivos claves: Metas, precios, condiciones comerciales, entre otros; con las cuentas asignadas en los mercados específicos. Actúa como el contacto principal para cada cuenta asignada liderando nuestra alianza estratégica. Reporta periódicamente el avance de las cuentas versus su estrategia, plan de desarrollo y metas. Ejecuta planes de desarrollo detallados y métodos para su seguimiento periódico. Ejecuta las acciones planificadas de comunicación, promoción y capacitación en las cuentas. Realiza análisis sobre la actividad de la cuenta y toma la responsabilidad de resolver problemas identificados en ellas.
- ** Negociación**: Desarrolla el ciclo completo del proceso de ventas. Desde la prospección, creación de propuesta, principalmente la negociación y cierre de acuerdos comerciales.

**Requisitos**:

- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecatrónica y/o carreras afines.
- Experiência exitosa mínima de 3 años en ventas industriales. Preferible con aplicación de estrategia de ventas con cartera lograda de canales y clientes industriales.
- Conocimientos y experiência técnico-comercial en automatización, digitalización, control de potencia, accionamientos e instrumentación.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
- Deberá contar con habilidades de negociación, trabajo en equipo, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados, liderazgo, red de contactos profesional, inteligencia de mercado y orientación al cliente.
- Licencia de conducir válida.
